Please note that Dustmite allergy is deemed to be disabling and qualifies for VAT relief.

To qualify, UK law requires you to declare that you are buying these products for your own (or spouse, child etc's) personal medical use. A doctors note is not necessary, and your signature or the signature of a parent, guardian, doctor or trustee is acceptable.

You can do this by AMENDING the "Quantity" below to 1 to AGREE to the RED self declaration on the right and Click the "ADD TO CART" Button. This declaration will show on your invoice. The VAT value of your Bedding Purchase will be refunded to your Credit/Debit card.

Alternatively you can download the form by clicking on the ZERO % VAT GOODS SELF DECLARATION FORM. This form must be signed and returned before your VAT can be Refunded.
