Its has a superior Lithium- Ion rechargeable battery, which can charge in a speedy 2 hours, sufficient for up to four sessions of light therapy, as well as being able to run directly from the mains. It also has a reminder alarm, so you never need to miss a light therapy treatment again. It has adjustable light intensity, in 10% increments, so that you can increase the intensity of your treatment as your eyes adjust to the light. Its dual voltage means that it can be used anywhere in the world, great for travelers who want to beat their jet lag.

The specific bandwidth of light produced by BLUEWAVE® technology produces twice the melatonin suppression than the equivalent intensity of white light, whether it is white LED’s, broad spectrum or full spectrum fluorescent light.
